You have 12 months to enjoy them, which is a lot of time if you are interested in improving your Spanish.
Yes, you may reschedule with at least 12-hours notice without penalty. If you fail to notify us with at least 12-hours notice you will be billed for the class as normal.
Please refer to our terms and conditions listed on the application form for our online Spanish language courses.
Please understand that your online Spanish teacher has reserved this schedule for you, so if you cancel at the last moment, they cannot plan to teach another online Spanish class.
You can schedule multiple classes at a time. Feel free to schedule all of the classes in your package. I do recommend doing so in order to guarantee time slots. If you need to reschedule, you know you have the enough flexibility for doing so.

Yes, all classes must be paid in advance. Payment for your next package of classes must be received 24 hours before the first of these classes is due to begin.
No, you just need a basic computer, headphones and a webcam, which most PC and laptops have nowadays. You just very basic user skills, such as receiving and sending emails. However, if you feel insecure, during the trial class I will explain you everything in full detail.
Nope, you will need to install for your online Spanish class is Skype™. The other option is to take your classes with Google Meet, which does not need to be downloaded.
No, all the materials you need for your online Spanish classes are included. Our prices include all training materials, communication with your teacher and regular ongoing evaluations.
No, Your Spanish Academy is suitable for students who can’t still speak Spanish, as well as for students who have already achieved a certain level of learning. The teacher will explain anything you don´t understand in English for as long as is necessary, though I wouldn’t be too worried as you´ll soon be able to express yourself in Spanish.
The answer is you will never be too old to learn anything, not just Spanish. Many students come to me and explain me they feel too old to learn a new language because that is something they should have already done when they were younger. I prove them wrong and I will do the same to you. Don’t underestimate your capacity; I know you can do it. I’ve seen it many times. You should give it a go.
Sure. Your Spanish Academy wil provide you with an end-of-course certificate when you finish your classes.
Sure! In Spain education is tax exempt (as the Spanish VAT Law No 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 specifies) so we are not allowed to charge VAT.
