How long is each class?
Each private 1:1 class is 60 minutes long — focused, practical, and adapted to your pace and goals.
Do I have to choose a program now?
Nope. In your free trial class, we’ll talk about your goals and help you decide which program fits best — or create a custom mix if needed.
What if I don’t have much time?
We work with busy people. Even 1 class per week can help you progress — especially with our short, efficient follow-ups between sessions.
Can I cancel or reschedule classes?
Yes, just let us know at least 12 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule. We’re flexible — we know life happens.
Will I have the same teacher every time?
Yes — unless you request otherwise. You’ll build a strong, trusting relationship with your teacher who’ll know your goals and progress in detail.
